Back to Normal...what is Normal

We've all been on quite a bumpy road huh! 

The Aotearoa Surf Film Festival copped it big time. The original dates slap bang in Lockdown Level 4. Like the whole Surfing NZ Competition series, the Piha WQS, the WSL and everything. Everything on hold. 

Well there was no cancelling, luckily it was a postponement and now the new dates have been announced for the ASFF HERE

SNZ haven't announced YET, but the Raglan Rip Curl Classic in association with Backdoor Surf is on for late July. Word has it that this being the 20th year of the event there was no way Rip Curl were gonna not have it happen. Speaking of Rip Curl, their new flagship shop has just opened in the new Auckland Downtown shopping district Commercial Bay...and guess who's image is front and centre :)

NZ Surf The Collection Vol 2 has been out for 8 months now, and it's doing just fine. Over the half the print run is gone. This spread is of the course a story on the very same unforementioned beach at the centre of last week's web log. Check out more about the book HERE
