Trust a surfer to find a board in the desert huh! A record of a social statement made about LA's draining of Lake Owen and the subsequent dustbowl created. The town of Keeler was once a popular lakeside stopover, but now the dust blown through the town from the dry lake bed is thought to be carcinogenic. This image featured on a massive 4x4 metre canvas in Best Ugly Bagel 2014-2016.
