This morning...actually not too bad! Aussie bush fire haze in full effect.
It would be easy to complain about the lack of surf at the moment, every second conversation is about how terrible Spring has been for waves. Spring is always bad around these parts, but this Spring has been particularly horrid. Seems like the Spring equinox is breaking though, Highs are filling the Tasman again and there was a nice swell over the weekend on the Eastside.
It's the busy time for books though, it's the time to be on Publisher/Distributor mode while Warren Hawke has been in promotion mode and man he has been doing well! Over the last week NZ Surf The Collection Volume II has featured heavily in Canterbury's press.
